Customer Service Hours
All questions/concerns in regards to products, orders, shipping etc. are to be sent to our email address Missellaneousllcgmail.com. 
Customer service hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-8pm eastern standard time.
Any email that has been sent out of customer service hours will receive a response the following business day.
Return Policy
There are no refunds on orders instead a store credit will be applied to the next order with Missellaneous Minks.
Non-refundable items are: eyelash strips, lipgloss, or eyelash tweezers as these are cosmetic products they are not to be returned. 

 

Once my order is placed when should the order be expected?

Standard shipping: 2-3 Business days

Expedited shipping: 1-2 Business days

All orders placed after 5pm Friday EST WILL NOT ship until Monday.

Lost/Returned Packages

When you are placing an order be sure the shipping address is accurate. If the shipping address is not accurate the mail carrier will not ship your order and instead return it to Missellaneous Minks.

If your order has been lost or has not been received yet PLEASE contact USPS with your tracking number ready. Once your order has been shipped and tracking updates are being sent it is no longer in Missellaneous Minks control. All orders have shipping insurance as well as tracking numbers to manage these packages.

Are the products cruelty free?

All of Missellaneous Minks products are cruelty free.
